Report a Lost or Stolen Card
If your ATM or Debit Card is lost or stolen, please notify us immediately by calling any Town & Country Bank representative at (920)262-2900.
If the Bank is not open, please contact Elan Financial Services at (800)236-2442. You will need to provide them with your name and Social Security Number. An Elan representative will deactivate your card and contact Town & Country Bank the next business day.
If your Credit Card is lost or stolen, please notify us immediately at (920)262-2900 or contact Elan (800)558-3424 and follow the prompts.
